Bee Season

I go back and forth when it comes to what I use to cleanse my holy temple, and by holy temple I mean my body.
Sometimes I use liquid cleanser and other times I prefer a bar soap. And it doesn't just depend on what's in my shower, because if you saw my shower, you would wonder how I even have room to get in and clean the temple. It's full, full, full of product.
So everyday I have a choice and for the last couple of days I have chosen Burt's Bees Fabulously Fresh Peppermint & Rosemary Body Bar.
The first reason I chose this was because it smells so good just in the packaging that I couldn't wait to try it. The second reason I tried it has a really smooth, soft texture. Just from feeling the bar, before even lathering up, I could tell it was going to make my temple silky and touchable.
I was right. It's very moisturizing without being greasy at all. It does include almond flour for exfoliation but it is not harsh at all.
And on top of everything else, if you are like me, you need something besides a strong cup of Joe to wake you up in the morning, and the combination of peppermint oil and rosemary extract in this lovely body bar really awoke my senses and got my motor running.
Oh, and the last reason I wanted to try this lovely item was its wrapper in totally biodegradable. It reads that it is made from something called TerraSkin, which is a paper made of minerals and no bleaching chemicals so it will totally degrade back into its original source, stone powder.
Gotta love that, taking care of the temple of the body and the temple of Mother Earth all at the same time.
